The funny thing about this particular pic from the book is that the teen girl turning down cocaine has a Rudolph The Red Nose Reindeer schnoz like someone who has been doing blow all fucking day and is just turning him down because she’s too high. “No thanks, I’m so high that I can’t even feel my face anymore.”
