Massimo Laverda Cruising on the Laverda 1000 V6 endurance racer

The following year, endurance racers were limited to four cylinders, so the project was terminated. A second machine was built from spares in 1991 ahead of a planned production of 25 road bikes, which was subsequently cancelled.
