The Angola Pigman is an urban legend based in the village of Angola in Western New York. Angola’s Holland Road gained the nickname ‘Pigman Road’ from the legend of a local butcher who began placing the heads of pigs on stakes along the road in the ’50s. Rumors said that the butcher was also a serial killer, with various tales of townsfolk going missing over the years. When the butcher’s rural house burned down in the early ’60s, he was presumed to have died in the fire as he himself went missing. In the years after the fire, locals began reporting sightings of a mysterious figure lurking in the area at night. Some said he wore a severed pig head as a mask, while others claim he wore a hood and a pig snout, but most agree that he was holding a bloody butcher’s cleaver. Over the years sightings have increased, with more people heading out to ‘Pigman Road’ in hopes of sighting the apparition for themselves, so whether you believe in the legend or just like a good scary story, this souvenir style design is the perfect fit!

Sizing

Not sure what size is your best fit? We recommend taking one of your current t-shirts, laying it flat and measuring it. The measurements in the chart below are taken with the shirt laying on a flat surface. To get the length, measure from the high shoulder point down to the bottom of the shirt. To get the width, measure approximately 1-inch below the armhole, across the chest, from seam to seam. While our tees are all made using premium, pre-shrunk, ring-spun cotton, there can be some shrinkage depending on your personal wash and dry cycles. With that said, if you’re on the fence, we always suggest going up a size.

*Heather colors are 52% combed and ring-spun cotton/48% polyester. Athletic and Black Heather is 90% combed and ring-spun cotton/10% polyester. Ash color is 99% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton and 1% poly. **Due to the nature of the printing process and different sizes of shirts offered, imprint position and scale may vary slightly from the product images, but we do our best to be as accurate as possible.
