Iomega was founded in Roy, Utah in 1980 and for many years, the firm was a significant name in the data storage industry. Iomega’s most famous product, the Zip Drive, was revolutionary as it offered relatively large amounts of storage on easily portable compact cartridges. The original Zip disk’s 100MB capacity was a huge improvement over the 1.44MB limitation of floppy disks and were a fraction of the cost of similar disks like those from Syquest. The Zip Drive became a common internal and external peripheral, however, Zip Disk cartridges sometimes failed after a short period, (commonly referred to as the “click of death”). This problem, combined with increasing competition from CD-RW drives, caused Zip Drive sales to decline dramatically, and despite later efforts to introduce larger 250MB and 750MB disk versions. Iomega eventually launched a CD-RW drive. The company soldiered on though, focusing primarily on external drives and NAS storage systems until they were absorbed by another tech firm in 2018.

Not sure what size is your best fit? We recommend taking one of your current t-shirts, laying it flat and measuring it. The measurements in the chart below are taken with the shirt laying on a flat surface. To get the length, measure from the high shoulder point down to the bottom of the shirt. To get the width, measure approximately 1-inch below the armhole, across the chest, from seam to seam. While our tees are all made using premium, pre-shrunk, ring-spun cotton, there can be some shrinkage depending on your personal wash and dry cycles. With that said, if you’re on the fence, we always suggest going up a size.
