One of the more ubiquitous sights from the late ’60s, this guy is still truckin’ along with his timeless message. First appearing as a one-page comic of the same name in issue #1 of Zap Comix from 1968. The Keep on Truckin’ name is a visual riff on the lyrics of the Blind Boy Fuller song “Truckin’ My Blues Away,” it consists of an assortment of men, all drawn in the same distinctive style, strutting confidently across various landscapes.
