Baltimore’s Tom Downey started his career as a painter at the young age of 15, quickly mastering the art and building a reputation that would last a lifetime. Known for his outrageous custom paint jobs, calling his shop Wild Paints was quite fitting, but he wasn’t just a master painter – he also did custom bodywork, made custom chopper frames, and even built complete choppers.
