Tulsey Town Ice Cream was founded in 1940 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and eventually grew into a regional chain with multiple company-owned and franchise locations throughout the south-central and midwest. Starting out with a menu of traditional soft serve ice cream fare, Tulsey Town added a full grill menu of burgers and fries, but remained true to their frozen roots, which includes their popular Brrr! blended treat.
