Stevie Nicks, the singer and songwriter of Fleetwood Mac, was a pioneer in the music industry. She was one of the first female artists to write her own songs and to perform her own guitar solos. In 1978, Stevie Nicks performed a concert in Dallas, Texas on October 16th. The concert was filmed for the television special “Stevie Nicks and Friends” which aired on November 10th that same year.
