When it comes to G.I. Joe cartoon hotties, Scarlett is the obvious choice, but real talk – I’ve always had a thing for Lady Jaye. In talking to other ’80s kids, it turns out quite a few of us found her hot, and it turns out that it’s for one simple reason – boobs.
