Located in the heart of Daytona Beach, the aptly named Daytona Gym was one of Florida’s first power-lifting gyms that providing strongmen (and aspiring strongmen) a place to do their thing and dead-lift absurd amounts of weight and build their bodies into world record-breaking machines.
