Design Description
Founded through the 1928 merger of the Zellerbach Paper Company and Crown Willamette Paper Company, Crown Zellerbach quickly became one of America's largest paper and forest-products companies. Headquartered in San Francisco, the newly formed corporation controlled nearly $100 million in assets, more than 350,000 acres of timberland, and a network of West Coast paper mills capable of producing roughly 1,450 tons of paper each day. The company grew steadily during the Great Depression and expanded rapidly throughout World War II as the loss of European imports boosted demand for domestic paper products. After the war, Crown Zellerbach continued to innovate, introducing glossy coated paper for premium magazines in 1947. By the 1950s, it had become the second-largest private landowner in the American West, and over the following two decades it broadened its operations through diversification and international expansion. The company's independence came to an end in the mid-1980s when British financier Sir James Goldsmith launched a hostile takeover. Goldsmith gained control of Crown Zellerbach in July 1985, becoming chairman and ushering in a new chapter for the once-dominant paper giant.

Not sure what size is your best fit? We recommend taking one of your current t-shirts, laying it flat and measuring it. The measurements in the chart below are taken with the shirt laying on a flat surface. To get the length, measure from the high shoulder point down to the bottom of the shirt. To get the width, measure approximately 1-inch below the armhole, across the chest, from seam to seam. While our tees are all made using premium, pre-shrunk, ring-spun cotton, there can be some shrinkage depending on your personal wash and dry cycles. With that said, if you’re on the fence, we always suggest going up a size.
All sizes are provided in inches! Please note that variations in sizing of up to 1.5 inches are possible.
