Design Description
While working as a junior high school teacher in Daleville, Indiana, Jeff Stoops entered the trucking industry in 1971 to earn extra income during his summer vacations. What began as a seasonal side business quickly grew into a full-time venture, and by 1976 he had founded Stoops Express. The company's growth was nothing short of extraordinary. By 1981, at just 34 years old, Stoops had built a fleet of 137 trucks, generated $15 million in annual revenue, and achieved an astonishing four-year growth rate of 9,372 percent. Stoops Express continued its rapid expansion throughout the decade, reaching a record $45 million in revenue before Stoops sold the company to a Seattle-based railroad operator in 1986.

Not sure what size is your best fit? We recommend taking one of your current t-shirts, laying it flat and measuring it. The measurements in the chart below are taken with the shirt laying on a flat surface. To get the length, measure from the high shoulder point down to the bottom of the shirt. To get the width, measure approximately 1-inch below the armhole, across the chest, from seam to seam. While our tees are all made using premium, pre-shrunk, ring-spun cotton, there can be some shrinkage depending on your personal wash and dry cycles. With that said, if you’re on the fence, we always suggest going up a size.
All sizes are provided in inches! Please note that variations in sizing of up to 1.5 inches are possible.
