The Rocky Flats Nuclear Facility was a Cold War era manufacturing complex just outside of Denver, Colorado, that was operated by Rockwell International between 1952 and 1993. The facility produced plutonium triggers and other components for nuclear weapons, which were shipped to other facilities for assembly into completed nuclear weapons. Insider tips led to Rocky Flats being raided by the FBI and EPA in 1989 who found PCBs, chromic acid, beryllium, and radionuclide emissions had been released into the environment. The facility went into wind down mode before closing in 1993, eventually becoming an EPA Superfund Site where billions of dollars went into the deconstruction and remediation of the landscape, which was completed in 2006. Rocky Flats makes an appearance in 2025’s Black Phone 2 when Finn’s dad Terrence borrows a plow truck from work that bears the Rocky Flats Nuclear Facility logo on the door.

Not sure what size is your best fit? We recommend taking one of your current t-shirts, laying it flat and measuring it. The measurements in the chart below are taken with the shirt laying on a flat surface. To get the length, measure from the high shoulder point down to the bottom of the shirt. To get the width, measure approximately 1-inch below the armhole, across the chest, from seam to seam. While our tees are all made using premium, pre-shrunk, ring-spun cotton, there can be some shrinkage depending on your personal wash and dry cycles. With that said, if you’re on the fence, we always suggest going up a size.
