Design Description
SilverHawks is an animated television series developed by Rankin/Bass Productions and distributed by Lorimar-Telepictures in 1986, conceived as a space-faring counterpart to the studio’s earlier hit, ThunderCats. The series follows Commander Stargazer and the SilverHawks, a team of partly cybernetic heroes sent to police the distant galaxy of Limbo. Their primary enemy is MonStar, an escaped alien crime boss who uses the power of Limbo’s Moonstar to transform into a massive armored creature. Backed by a colorful intergalactic mob of criminals, MonStar continually clashes with the SilverHawks in their fight to maintain order in the galaxy. The show ran for a single season of 65 episodes and, like ThunderCats, was supported by a line of action figures and a comic book series, both of which arrived as the cartoon moved into syndication in 1987.

Not sure what size is your best fit? We recommend taking one of your current t-shirts, laying it flat and measuring it. The measurements in the chart below are taken with the shirt laying on a flat surface. To get the length, measure from the high shoulder point down to the bottom of the shirt. To get the width, measure approximately 1-inch below the armhole, across the chest, from seam to seam. While our tees are all made using premium, pre-shrunk, ring-spun cotton, there can be some shrinkage depending on your personal wash and dry cycles. With that said, if you’re on the fence, we always suggest going up a size.
All sizes are provided in inches! Please note that variations in sizing of up to 1.5 inches are possible.
