Stars Deli Restaurant sat on the ground floor of in the Hollywood Pacific Theatre building in Hollywood, California. Located right on the corner of Wilcox and Hollywood, this timeless greasy spoon diner with counter service was stuck in the '50s, and really didn't change much over the years. As such, the diner can be seen in many movies and television shows as it was not only centrally located to the studios, but was also a ready to use diner set straight out of the 1950s. Stars hung on for years and saw many changes to the neighborhood, but finally closed their doors in the '90s. The shuttered storefront and part of their original signage can still be seen today at 6445 Hollywood Boulevard, where Carol Burnett's Hollywood Walk of Fame star sits. How Burnett's start ended up at this specific location is an interesting one, as it goes back to 1951 when she was working as an usherette at the Hollywood Pacific Theatre. She advised a late-arriving couple to wait for the next showing of Strangers on a Train so that they didn't miss anything, and was subsequently fired. Years later, when offered a star on the Walk of Fame, she specifically requested it be placed in front of the old theater as a form of humorous revenge.

Not sure what size is your best fit? We recommend taking one of your current t-shirts, laying it flat and measuring it. The measurements in the chart below are taken with the shirt laying on a flat surface. To get the length, measure from the high shoulder point down to the bottom of the shirt. To get the width, measure approximately 1-inch below the armhole, across the chest, from seam to seam. While our tees are all made using premium, pre-shrunk, ring-spun cotton, there can be some shrinkage depending on your personal wash and dry cycles. With that said, if you’re on the fence, we always suggest going up a size.
