Smoking opium has a long and complex history, particularly in parts of Asia and the Middle East, where it was traditionally consumed in specialized pipes for its sedative and euphoric effects. Derived from the dried latex of the opium poppy, it produces a warm, dreamlike state that slows both the body and mind. While it was once used medicinally for pain relief and relaxation, recreational use became widespread in the 18th and 19th centuries, often associated with opium dens and social rituals. However, its highly addictive nature and the severe physical and psychological dependence it can create led to widespread regulation and prohibition. Today, opium use is largely illegal in most parts of the world and is recognized as a significant public health concern due to its risks and its connection to more potent opioids. This classic '70s head shop design is a play on the classic 'Little Orphan Annie' comic books and features a red headed flower child and her mangy mutt as she enjoys an opium bowl in afield.

Not sure what size is your best fit? We recommend taking one of your current t-shirts, laying it flat and measuring it. The measurements in the chart below are taken with the shirt laying on a flat surface. To get the length, measure from the high shoulder point down to the bottom of the shirt. To get the width, measure approximately 1-inch below the armhole, across the chest, from seam to seam. While our tees are all made using premium, pre-shrunk, ring-spun cotton, there can be some shrinkage depending on your personal wash and dry cycles. With that said, if you’re on the fence, we always suggest going up a size.
