Celadon The International Carrier 1985 Vintage Men’s T-Shirt

Celadon was founded in 1985 in Indianapolis, Indiana, initially, hauling automotive parts between Detroit and a Mexican automotive plant using leased tractor trailer units. The company went public via an IPO in 1994 and was listed on the stock exchange in 2009. In 2013 Celadon acquired Florida-based dry van carrier Land Span, and acquired Taylor Express, a North Carolina trucking company. These acquisitions made Celadon one of the ten largest truckload carriers in North America, at its peak, operating over 4,000 power units. In 2017, an outside auditor determined that the company’s financial statements for the previous year could not be relied upon. The noncompliant financials put Celadon into default with its lenders, and ultimately lead to the exposure of internal fraud. 2019 saw multiple executives charged with falsifying books, records, and accounts, as the firm ended up in being dissolved through bankruptcy.

Not sure what size is your best fit? We recommend taking one of your current t-shirts, laying it flat and measuring it. The measurements in the chart below are taken with the shirt laying on a flat surface. To get the length, measure from the high shoulder point down to the bottom of the shirt. To get the width, measure approximately 1-inch below the armhole, across the chest, from seam to seam. While our tees are all made using premium, pre-shrunk, ring-spun cotton, there can be some shrinkage depending on your personal wash and dry cycles. With that said, if you’re on the fence, we always suggest going up a size.
