Armored Fleet Dairugger XV (機甲艦隊ダイラガーXV) is a mecha anime that originally aired from 1982 to 1983 on Japanese TV. Set in the distant future, the series follows fifteen young pilots aboard the powerful battleship Rugger Guard as they defend Earth and its colonies from the invading Galveston Empire. Their greatest weapon is Dairugger XV, an enormous super robot formed by the combination of fifteen individual vehicles, each controlled by a different team member. Unlike many giant robot series of its era, Dairugger XV placed a strong emphasis on teamwork, military strategy, and the relationships among its large ensemble cast. While the series had only modest success in Japan, it found lasting international fame when its footage and robot design was adapted into other anime series.

Not sure what size is your best fit? We recommend taking one of your current t-shirts, laying it flat and measuring it. The measurements in the chart below are taken with the shirt laying on a flat surface. To get the length, measure from the high shoulder point down to the bottom of the shirt. To get the width, measure approximately 1-inch below the armhole, across the chest, from seam to seam. While our tees are all made using premium, pre-shrunk, ring-spun cotton, there can be some shrinkage depending on your personal wash and dry cycles. With that said, if you’re on the fence, we always suggest going up a size.
All sizes are provided in inches! Please note that variations in sizing of up to 1.5 inches are possible.
