Design Description
CompUSA was a major American retailer of personal computers, consumer electronics, software, accessories, and computer services. The company began in 1984 as a single store called Soft Warehouse, but expanded rapidly and adopted the CompUSA name as it evolved into a nationwide big-box chain. By the 1990s, its sprawling stores had become a familiar destination for anyone shopping for a new computer or wandering the aisles in search of software, upgrades, and peripherals. At its peak, CompUSA operated at least 229 locations across the country. Like many computer retailers of its generation, however, CompUSA struggled as the way people bought technology changed. Intense competition from other big-box chains, management decisions that failed to keep pace with the evolving marketplace, and a weak transition to online retail steadily eroded the company’s position. CompUSA began closing underperforming stores in 2006, and by 2008 only 16 locations remained. Those surviving stores eventually changed hands, and by 2012 the CompUSA retail chain had effectively disappeared, bringing an end to one of the most recognizable names of the personal-computer retail era.

Not sure what size is your best fit? We recommend taking one of your current t-shirts, laying it flat and measuring it. The measurements in the chart below are taken with the shirt laying on a flat surface. To get the length, measure from the high shoulder point down to the bottom of the shirt. To get the width, measure approximately 1-inch below the armhole, across the chest, from seam to seam. While our tees are all made using premium, pre-shrunk, ring-spun cotton, there can be some shrinkage depending on your personal wash and dry cycles. With that said, if you’re on the fence, we always suggest going up a size.
All sizes are provided in inches! Please note that variations in sizing of up to 1.5 inches are possible.
