Founded in Portland, Oregon, in 1929 by Leland James, Consolidated Freightways (CF) grew from a small regional trucking operation into one of America's largest and most recognizable freight carriers. Known for its distinctive red, green, and white trucks, CF helped revolutionize the industry through innovative equipment designs, including the development of the Freightliner cab-over-engine truck. By the 1950s, the company was rapidly expanding its nationwide network, embracing its mid-century advertising slogan, “Miles Ahead,” which reflected its commitment to innovation, efficiency, and dependable freight service. Affectionately nicknamed “Corn Flakes” by truckers, CF became a fixture on American highways, hauling freight from coast to coast for decades. Despite its pioneering legacy and once-dominant position in the trucking industry, Consolidated Freightways ultimately ceased operations in September 2002, bringing an end to 73 years of trucking history.

Not sure what size is your best fit? We recommend taking one of your current t-shirts, laying it flat and measuring it. The measurements in the chart below are taken with the shirt laying on a flat surface. To get the length, measure from the high shoulder point down to the bottom of the shirt. To get the width, measure approximately 1-inch below the armhole, across the chest, from seam to seam. While our tees are all made using premium, pre-shrunk, ring-spun cotton, there can be some shrinkage depending on your personal wash and dry cycles. With that said, if you’re on the fence, we always suggest going up a size.
