Design Description
Monet-Goyon was a French motorcycle manufacturer founded in 1917 in Mâcon, France, by engineer Joseph Monet and his wealthy backer Adrien Goyon. The company initially produced small motorized vehicles designed to provide mobility for disabled veterans returning from World War I before expanding into motorcycles and lightweight motorized transportation. During the 1920s and ’30s, Monet-Goyon became one of France’s better-known motorcycle manufacturers, producing everything from economical lightweight machines to larger sporting motorcycles and enjoying considerable success in competition. The company also became associated with the British Villiers engine company, using Villiers two-stroke engines in many of its models while developing other machines of its own. Monet-Goyon remained active through the postwar years, but growing competition and a changing transportation market contributed to its decline, with motorcycle production ultimately coming to an end in the late 1950s.

Not sure what size is your best fit? We recommend taking one of your current t-shirts, laying it flat and measuring it. The measurements in the chart below are taken with the shirt laying on a flat surface. To get the length, measure from the high shoulder point down to the bottom of the shirt. To get the width, measure approximately 1-inch below the armhole, across the chest, from seam to seam. While our tees are all made using premium, pre-shrunk, ring-spun cotton, there can be some shrinkage depending on your personal wash and dry cycles. With that said, if you’re on the fence, we always suggest going up a size.
All sizes are provided in inches! Please note that variations in sizing of up to 1.5 inches are possible.
