Emerson, Lake & Palmer’s The Atlantic Years was released in July 1992, just as the legendary progressive-rock trio was mounting a major comeback. The two-CD, roughly two-and-a-half-hour retrospective collected highlights from ELP’s classic catalog, including “Lucky Man,” “Tarkus,” “Karn Evil 9,” “Fanfare for the Common Man,” and selections from Pictures at an Exhibition. Its arrival coincided with the band’s reunion and the release of their first studio album in 14 years, Black Moon, making The Atlantic Years a timely introduction to ELP’s classic material for a new generation. With Keith, Greg, and Carl back together, ELP returned to the road for an extensive world tour running from July 1992 into April 1993, performing throughout North America and Europe with a few stops in Japan for good measure. The tour included their first English concerts since 1974 and mixed new Black Moon material with the elaborate progressive-rock epics that had made them famous. Their October 1992 appearance at London’s Royal Albert Hall was recorded and subsequently released as Live at the Royal Albert Hall in 1993, documenting one of the most significant chapters of ELP’s early-’90s revival. Not sure what size is your best fit? We recommend taking one of your current t-shirts, laying it flat and measuring it. The measurements in the chart below are taken with the shirt laying on a flat surface. To get the length, measure from the high shoulder point down to the bottom of the shirt. To get the width, measure approximately 1-inch below the armhole, across the chest, from seam to seam. While our tees are all made using premium, pre-shrunk, ring-spun cotton, there can be some shrinkage depending on your personal wash and dry cycles. With that said, if you’re on the fence, we always suggest going up a size. All sizes are provided in inches! Please note that variations in sizing of up to 1.5 inches are possible.
