UFO Robot Grendizer, known to many American viewers as Force Five: Grandizer, is a Japanese Super Robot anime and manga series created as part of Go Nagai’s larger Mazinger universe. The television series aired in Japan from October 5, 1975, through February 27, 1977, running for 74 episodes. Although it features returning characters such as Koji Kabuto and Boss, Grendizer largely stands apart from the earlier Mazinger storyline and tells its own science-fiction adventure. The story follows Duke Fleed, prince of the devastated planet Fleed, who escapes his homeland aboard Grendizer, an immensely powerful alien robot, and eventually finds refuge on Earth. Taken in by scientist Dr. Umon, Duke assumes a new identity and attempts to build a peaceful life, but his past soon follows him. When the ruthless forces of King Vega set their sights on Earth, Duke once again takes control of Grendizer, battling an endless succession of flying saucers and giant robots while defending his adopted home from the same empire that destroyed his own world.

Not sure what size is your best fit? We recommend taking one of your current t-shirts, laying it flat and measuring it. The measurements in the chart below are taken with the shirt laying on a flat surface. To get the length, measure from the high shoulder point down to the bottom of the shirt. To get the width, measure approximately 1-inch below the armhole, across the chest, from seam to seam. While our tees are all made using premium, pre-shrunk, ring-spun cotton, there can be some shrinkage depending on your personal wash and dry cycles. With that said, if you’re on the fence, we always suggest going up a size.
